We’ve probably all lost count the number of times we’ve been told that “it’s what’s on the inside that counts.” While this is undoubtedly true, more often than not, it’s what’s on the outside that helps to express the unique individual on the inside, which is why first impressions are so crucial. So it comes as no surprise to reveal that we spend countless hours throughout our lifetime perfecting the way we look, from our clothes to our hairstyles it all reveals little secrets about who we are deep down.

Our hairstyle is arguably one of the first things that get noticed when we meet new acquaintances. Maybe this is why we spend so much time searching for the most suitable cut, color, and texture. As one of the few parts of our bodies that we have complete control over, it’s a fantastic source of self-expression. While it would be lovely to wake up every morning and be able to decide our eye color or how tall we want to be today, the truth is we can’t, so we settle for the aspects we can morph to fit our moods.

As our moods shift, so does our hair. Good and bad hair days equate to good and bad moods, and there is no other sure-fire way to feel better than to go out and completely change your look with a hair makeover.
